Neuromodulator (Botox / Dysport) brow lift in Montreal and Boisbriand
Written by Douae Elle · October 13, 2026

A brow that sits slightly lower, an eyelid that looks heavier, a tired look even after a good night's sleep: that's often what brings clients in to ask for a neuromodulator brow lift (Botox / Dysport). The goal isn't to transform the face, but to open the eyes by a few millimetres, naturally.
How it works
The position of the brow depends on a balance between the muscles that pull it up (the forehead) and those that pull it down (around the eye and between the brows). By precisely relaxing certain depressor muscles, we let the forehead muscle gently lift the brow, especially at its tail.
The result: a subtle "lifted" effect and a more open look, without surgery.
Where the injections go
- At the tail of the brow, in the outer part of the muscle around the eye, to lift the end of the brow.
- Between the brows (glabella), often combined, to soften frown lines and free the middle of the brow.
- Sometimes the forehead, with great care: relaxing the forehead too much can actually lower the brows.
Exact placement depends on your anatomy and expressions. It's a treatment where precision matters more than quantity.

How many units?
A brow lift usually needs few units: often a few units on each side at the tail of the brow, plus, if needed, units for the frown lines or crow's feet. Units aren't interchangeable between brands; the dose is always confirmed by the nurse after the assessment.
Who is it for?
- Slightly low or asymmetrical brows
- A tired or "heavy" look without significant excess skin
- People already treating frown lines or crow's feet who want a more open look
What about hooded eyes? A neuromodulator brow lift can give the eyelid a little more space by lifting the brow, but it doesn't remove excess skin. If the eyelid skin is very loose, we'll tell you honestly at consultation.
How long does it last?
- Visible effect: around 5 to 10 days
- Full effect: around 2 weeks
- Duration: usually 3 to 4 months
The day-by-day timeline is in how long before you see the effect.
Pros and limits
The pros
- Quick: about fifteen minutes
- Little to no downtime
- A subtle, gradual result
The limits
- A temporary effect, to be renewed
- A lift of a few millimetres, not a surgical result
- A precision technique: the wrong dose can make a brow too arched or, on the contrary, lower. That's why experience and follow-up matter.
How much does a brow lift cost?
The treatment is priced per unit, like all our wrinkle-relaxing injections:
- Regular price: $12 per unit, 20-unit minimum per visit ($240)
- Black Friday: $10 per unit from 25 units, on any purchase made from November 22 to 29, 2026
Since a brow lift alone often needs fewer than 20 units, it's frequently combined with frown lines or crow's feet in the same appointment. See our article on neuromodulator (Botox / Dysport) prices in Montreal and Boisbriand.
Montreal or Boisbriand
The brow lift is offered at our Montreal clinic, at 11 Dante Street in Little Italy, and at our Boisbriand clinic, at 230 chemin de la Grande-Côte. It's also offered in Trois-Rivières and Beauharnois.
What happens at the appointment
1. Assessment: we look at your brows at rest and in motion, and review your history.
2. Plan: injection points, number of units and price, before starting.
3. Injection: a few minutes, with very fine needles.
4. Follow-up: around two weeks, to check symmetry and adjust if needed.
FAQ
Does a neuromodulator brow lift really work?
Yes, for a slight, natural lift. It doesn't replace surgery when there's significant excess skin.
How many units are needed?
Usually few: a few units on each side, often combined with the frown lines. The nurse confirms the dose at consultation.
Can it go wrong?
A brow that's too arched or a temporary asymmetry can happen; they're often corrected at follow-up. More rarely, an eyelid can droop slightly for a few weeks. That's why we dose with care.
How long does it last?
Usually 3 to 4 months.
