Information we collect

When you fill out a form (consultation, booking, wedding packages, newsletter): your name, email, phone number, preferred clinic, treatments you're interested in and, if you choose to write them, your concerns or aesthetic goals. The latter may be health information; please only share what helps us plan your consultation.

When you browse the site: basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) logged by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running.

Your clinical record (assessment, consent forms, treatment notes) is created and kept separately during your appointment, according to the professional obligations of nurses and physicians.

Why we use it

To answer your request, confirm or change an appointment and contact you about your consultation.

To send you our newsletter, only if you have agreed to it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

To keep the site secure and prevent abuse. We never sell your personal information.

Consent

By ticking the consent box on a form, you agree that your information may be used for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect care you have already received.

Service providers that process your information

We use service providers to host the site and handle requests: our web host, FormSubmit and Google Workspace (forwarding and managing requests and bookings), Google Analytics (audience measurement), Jane App (records and appointments), Mailchimp (newsletter) and Beautifi (financing, only if you apply).

Some of these providers store data outside Quebec, including in the United States. Before sharing information with them, we assess that they offer adequate protection, and we require them to use your information only to provide their services to us.

Retention and security

Consultation requests that do not lead to an appointment are kept for no more than 24 months and then deleted. Clinical records are kept for the period required by the professional orders.

Access to your information is limited to team members who need it. The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

Cookies and local storage

The site uses no advertising cookies. It stores your language choice and whether you have already seen an information pop-up in your browser.

We use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) and how many consultation requests come in. This data is aggregated, Google's advertising features are turned off and it is used only to improve the site.

You can block Google Analytics at any time with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

You may ask to access your personal information, have it corrected, receive a copy in a structured technological format, withdraw your consent or stop its dissemination. We respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

Confidentiality incidents

If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, and we keep a register of such incidents.
