Dermal filler prices in Montreal in 2026: how much does a syringe cost?

"How much does filler cost?" It's one of the questions we get most. The honest answer: it depends on the area, the amount and your face. Here are our prices, fully transparent, and what you need to know to compare clinics in Montreal and the surrounding area.

Our 2026 prices

The same prices apply at all four of our clinics: Montreal (Little Italy), Boisbriand, Trois-Rivières and Beauharnois.

  • Dermal filler · ½ syringe: $325
  • Dermal filler · 1 syringe: $600
  • Lips: $325 for ½ syringe, $600 per syringe
  • Temples or under-eyes: $600
  • Hollywood Face (6 syringes, full plan): $2,400

Taxes extra, if applicable. The exact price of your plan is always confirmed before treatment.

How many syringes by area?

These are guides; your plan is built in consultation.

  • Lips: ½ syringe for a first time or a subtle result, 1 syringe for more volume. See ½ syringe or 1 syringe?
  • Cheeks: 1 to 2 syringes.
  • Chin: ½ to 1 syringe.
  • Jawline: 2 to 3 syringes for a well-defined line.
  • Temples: usually 1 syringe.
  • Under-eyes: often ½ to 1 syringe, only if your anatomy is right for it.
  • Full plan: 4 to 6 syringes, spread across several areas.
The muscles of the face: knowing the anatomy means placing less product, in the right spot.

What affects the price

  • The amount: the main factor. A structural area like the jawline needs more product than the lips.
  • The product: each area needs a suitable hyaluronic acid (firmer for the jawline, softer for the lips and under-eyes).
  • Expertise: precise placement gives a better result with less product. That's the logic of our guide where to inject filler to lift the face.

Beware of prices that are too low

A very low price sometimes hides a smaller amount of product, a less suitable product or no follow-up. Before comparing, ask:

  • How much product is included (½ or 1 ml)?
  • Who does the injection, and what is their training?
  • Is a follow-up appointment included?
  • Is a medical consultation done before treatment?

The consultation

The consultation with a nurse is free. For first-time injectable patients, a $100 consultation with a physician is required; it's valid for 2 years and also covers neuromodulators, the biostimulator (Sculptra) and lipolysis. Everything about the physician consultation.

Paying in instalments

Beautifi financing lets you spread the cost of your plan over monthly payments, subject to approval. And our Black Friday offers are coming soon at all our locations: keep an eye on our promotions.
