A clinic founded by a brother and sister

Éclat Aven started as a family story. The clinic was founded by Fatima and Ossama Mansour, brother and sister, with a shared idea: offer exceptional medical aesthetic care in a warm setting, where we take the time to listen.

Fatima leads our clinical approach as a registered nurse injector. Her technique is precise and conservative, with a trained eye for facial balance. Ossama, our CEO, guides the clinic's vision and growth, making sure every one of our locations offers the same standard of safety, comfort and care.

Working as a family means we're honest with each other. And that's exactly how we are with our clients.

Our philosophy: natural results, first and always

At Éclat Aven, we prioritize natural results. To us, the best result is the one people notice without being able to name: you look rested, fresh and well. Nobody wonders what you've "had done."

In practice, that comes down to a few principles:

• Less, but better. We'd rather build gradually and review the result than overdo it in the first session.
• Respect your features. We work with your face, not against it. The goal is to enhance, not transform.
• Listen first. Every treatment starts with a conversation about what you want, and what you don't.
• Say no when needed. If a treatment isn't right for you, we'll tell you. Your trust matters more than a sale.
