Lip Filler Price in Montreal in 2026: ½ Syringe or 1 Syringe?
Written by Douae Elle · October 6, 2026

Thinking about lip enhancement, but want to know what it costs first? Good idea. Here are our lip injection prices, the real difference between a ½ syringe and a full syringe, and the options to consider based on your budget and the result you're looking for.

Lip injection prices at Clinique Éclat Aven
Lip fillers are made of hyaluronic acid, a substance found naturally in the skin. Our regular prices:
- ½ syringe (0.5 ml): $325
- 1 syringe (1 ml): $600
- Lip flip (no-volume alternative): $150
These prices are the same at our clinics in Montreal (Little Italy), Boisbriand, Trois-Rivières and Beauharnois. The consultation is free, and your plan is confirmed before treatment. Taxes extra, where applicable.
½ syringe vs 1 syringe: the difference in price… and in result
A syringe generally contains 1 ml of product, about a small teaspoon. A ½ syringe contains half of that. In the lips, every tenth of a millilitre counts.
In terms of price, a full syringe costs a little less per millilitre: $600 for 1 ml, compared with $650 if you did two ½ syringes at two separate appointments. But the goal is never to inject more to save money. We inject what your lips need.
A ½ syringe is often suitable for:
- A first time, to see how your lips react and whether you like the result
- Hydrating and defining the outline or Cupid's bow, without really adding volume
- Maintenance to refresh an existing result
A full syringe is often suitable for:
- More volume, for example thin lips or lips that have lost volume over time
- Correcting an asymmetry between the upper and lower lip, or between the two sides
- A more visible change in shape, while staying natural
Our approach: go step by step. It's easy to add product at a follow-up; it's more complicated to remove it. Many patients start with a ½ syringe and come back a few weeks later if they want a little more.
The lip flip: the $150 alternative
A lip flip is not a filler. It's a small dose of neuromodulator injected above the upper lip to slightly relax the muscle. The lip "rolls" slightly outward and looks more visible, especially when you smile, without adding volume.
It's a good option if you want a very subtle change, if your upper lip disappears when you smile, or if you're not ready for filler yet. The effect generally lasts less time than filler, often a few months. A lip flip and filler can also be combined.
Hollywood Face: when the lips are part of a full-face plan
Sometimes the lips are only part of the equation. The Hollywood Face is a plan of 6 syringes of filler distributed across the face according to your assessment, for example the lips, chin, jawline or cheeks, for a balanced result. Its regular price is $2,400; on any purchase made from November 22 to 29, 2026, it's $2,399 with 30 units of neuromodulators (Botox / Dysport) free. To learn more about other areas, see our dermal fillers.
What affects the total price
- The amount of product: ½ syringe, 1 syringe, or more as part of a full-face plan.
- Your starting point: a first time or maintenance of an existing result.
- How long the result lasts: often 6 to 12 months in the lips, depending on the product, your metabolism and your habits. It varies from person to person.
- Follow-up: the final result is visible at around two weeks, once the swelling has gone down.
Why the lowest price isn't always the right choice
The lips are a delicate area with many blood vessels. Before choosing on price alone, ask yourself these questions:
- Is the product authentic and approved in Canada?
- Who is injecting? At Clinique Éclat Aven, injections are done by nurses trained in medical aesthetics.
- Is there a medical assessment before treatment (medical history, allergies, medications, cold sores, pregnancy)?
- Is the clinic ready to manage a complication and see you again for follow-up?
A natural result is as much a matter of judgment as of the amount of product.

FAQ
How much does lip filler cost in Montreal at Clinique Éclat Aven?
$325 for a ½ syringe and $600 for a full syringe.
½ syringe or 1 syringe, which should I choose?
For a first time or a defining effect, a ½ syringe is often enough. For more volume or to correct an asymmetry, a full syringe is often recommended. The nurse advises you at your consultation.
How long does lip filler last?
Often 6 to 12 months, but duration varies depending on the person and the product. No result can be guaranteed.
Does a lip flip replace filler?
No. A lip flip enhances the lip without adding volume. For volume, filler is needed.
Does it hurt?
A numbing product is used for your comfort. Swelling and sometimes bruising are normal for the first few days.
