Where is the treatment done?

EvolveX is offered at our Boisbriand clinic, 230 chemin de la Grande-Côte, easily reached from Montreal, Laval and the North Shore. Our clinics in Montreal (Little Italy), Trois-Rivières and Beauharnois offer our other treatments.

What is EvolveX?

EvolveX is a non-surgical, hands-free body contouring technology. Applicators are attached to the area while you relax. It combines two actions:

• Radiofrequency, which heats the tissue to target localized fat and help firm the skin
• Electrical muscle stimulation, which triggers deep contractions to tone the muscles

Depending on your goals, a session can focus on fat, on muscle tone or on both.

What EvolveX is not

To keep expectations realistic, it is important to say this clearly:

• It is not a weight-loss treatment. EvolveX does not replace healthy eating or physical activity, and it is not meant to lower the number on the scale.
• It is not liposuction. There is no surgery, no general anesthesia and no incision.
• It is not an instant result. Changes are gradual and build over the series.

How many sessions do you need?

Results appear gradually, usually in the weeks following the series. They vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle helps keep them.

What is a session like?

A session usually lasts 30 to 60 minutes. You feel deep heat and muscle contractions, a bit like an intense workout, but without any effort on your part. There is no downtime: you return to your activities right away. Mild muscle soreness, like after a workout, is possible.

Who cannot receive EvolveX?

Certain conditions may prevent treatment, such as pregnancy, a pacemaker, metal implants in the area or certain medical conditions. The nurse checks your eligibility during the medical assessment before any session.
